King's Beach

King's Beach is a great spot for divers of all levels. This site is a lot quieter than Fort Wetherill, good for the divers that like the spot to themselves. Divers make their way down to the cove's beach from the parking lot located just across the street.  The cove offers two areas to explore, the right that runs perpendicular to the street and the left side where there are rocky boulders that jetty out and even more rocks just a bit further beyond that you can see in the last photo below.  Divers can find flounder, cunner, black bass, Jonah crabs, sea stars and more There is limited non-metered parking and there is also an easy entrance/exit.
